2. What to include in your email
Support requests are usually resolved faster when the first message includes:
- App version and build number.
- Device model and iOS version.
- Whether you are on the free plan or Pro.
- The steps immediately before the issue happened.
- Screenshots or a short screen recording, if available.
3. Import, edit, save, and share issues
The current version is positioned around poster import from
JPG, JPEG, PNG, and
HEIC. If automatic QR detection fails, the editor
should still allow manual placement.
If saving fails, check photo permissions first. If the share sheet does not appear, confirm it is not blocked by another system modal. Larger poster exports can also take longer on older devices.
4. Subscriptions, restore purchases, and refunds
Purchases, renewals, and restore actions are handled by Apple. If Pro was already purchased under the same Apple ID, use Restore Purchases inside the app before contacting support.
